Ukraine warns Russian airspace ‘not safe’ in message to UN aviation watchdog

Ukraine urged the UN aviation agency to call for a full ban on flights through Russian airspace, after President Volodymyr Zelensky warned it was becoming unsafe. Kyiv plans increased retaliation against intensified Russian strikes but would target only military facilities, Zelensky said, citing growing Ukrainian drone activity over Russia.
