AirAsia X to Resume Kuala Lumpur

AirAsia X (AAX) has unveiled plans to resume
flights between Kuala Lumpur and Chongqing, China.
Scheduled to take off on 15 October 2024, AirAsia
X (flight code D7) will operate the route with four flights per
week.
From Kuala Lumpur (KUL), flight D7 808 is slated to
depart on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 19:35,
arriving at Chongqing Jiangbei Airport (CKG) at 00:45 the following
day.

From Chongqing, flight D7 809 will take off on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
and Sundays at 02:00, arriving at KUL at 07:10.
To celebrate the route resumption, the airline is
offering special promotional fares for flights to
Chongqing from RM339 all-in one way until 11 August 2024 for travel
between 15 October 2024 and 28 March 2025.
All Malaysians
are eligible for visa-free entry for tourism purposes to China for
up to 15 days until the end of 2025, while China citizens can
enjoy visa-free travel to Malaysia for a period of 30 days until
31 December 2026.
With the addition of Chongqing, the airline will
operate a total of 53 flights per week to 9 destinations in China.
