Rosewood Signs Luxury 33-Suite Resort in Exuma, Bahamas

Rosewood has partnered with Yntegra Group, a
Miami-based private investment company, for a luxury resort in
Exuma, a pristine archipelago of 365 islands in Bahamas.
Scheduled to open in 2028, the Rosewood Exuma will
be located on an 124-acre private island known as East
Sampson Cay and will feature just 33 suites, all offering views of
the island’s pink and white sands and turquoise waters, with
several sitting directly on the beach.
Facilities are expected to include six F&B
outlets; a children’s club; a 20,000 square foot wellness sanctuary
and spa with six treatment rooms, a
hydrotherapy facility, outdoor tranquil pool, and fitness center; an outdoor sports center featuring
tennis, padel and pickleball courts, as well as watersports
equipment; a
beach club with a grill restaurant, beach and pool bars; and two marinas with slips
for yachts up to 150 feet.

In addition to the beach club pool,
the resort will offer two other pools exclusively for overnight
guests, including one dedicated to families.

Rosewood and Yntegra have said that they will
prioritize sustainable building practices throughout the
development. On the island, just 25% of the 124
acres will be developed, and initiatives such as solar powered
energy sources will be implemented with the aim of minimizing
impact to the island.
