Matthew Smith to Succeed Monique Arnoux as CEO of Destination Asia

Destination Asia has appointed Matthew Smith as
Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 August 2024.
Matthew succeeds the highly respected travel
industry proffesional, Monique Arnoux, who held the position for
the past seven years.

Matthew has been part of Destination Asia since
2018, helping develop the key sectors of meetings and events,
tailor-made travel and cruise.
His forward-thinking approach has helped
strengthen Destination Asia’s footprint and been pivotal in
driving innovation and growth within the company.

Destination Asia and to build upon our exceptional product
offerings and industry-leading services provided to clients
worldwide,” Matthew said. “I look forward to collaborating with
our talented teams to shape the future and continue exceeding our

Destination Asia provides comprehensive travel
services across the following nine countries in Asia: Cambodia,
Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand
and Vietnam.
