Clarksburg Asking Residents Near Low-Lying Areas by West Fork, Elk Creek to Move Cars to Higher Ground

Officials with City of Clarksburg are asking anyone living in a low-lying area near the West Fork or Elk Creek, to move your car to higher ground as flooding in Harrison County, North Central West Virginia, and the state continues.
