🔴Live: Netanyahu urges UN to ‘immediately’ move Lebanon peacekeepers from combat areas

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Sunday urged United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres to “immediately” evacuate UN peacekeepers from combat areas in southern Lebanon.  “Mr. Secretary General, get the UNIFIL forces out of harm’s way. It should be done right now,” he said in a video statement. In the past few days, at least five UN peacekeepers have been wounded as Israeli forces target Hezbollah fighters in southern Lebanon.
