The Republican Party Is Out of Control

Trump’s first term in office was a shitshow on Capitol Hill. Congress was constantly turned upside down with sudden missives from the president. (In 2018, he even egged on the longest government shutdown in U.S. history.) Based on the past week, those will be considered the good old days in Trump’s second term.
