Student falls from second story of ASU residence hall in Tempe

A student at Arizona State University suffered serious injuries after falling during an incident at Hassayampa Academic Village.
TEMPE, Ariz. — A student at Arizona State University was hospitalized after a failed stunt Sunday.
According to ASU police, officers responded to reports of a student who fell from the second floor at the Hassayampa Academic Village on the early morning of Nov. 2. The fall allegedly occurred after a failed stunt attempt.

Police said officers immediately performed life-saving measures on the injured student. Crews then took the student to the hospital with serious, non-life-threatening injuries.
The identity or current condition of the student was not immediately released.
