Snow and ice cause travel disruptions in France, UK and Netherlands

Cold weather bringing snow and ice caused road closures and flight and train cancellations in the UK, France and the Netherlands on Monday, with weather service Meteo France issuing an orange alert for much of northwest France, including Paris.
