Six from Bridgeport Indicted by May Term of Harrison County Grand Jury; 68 Indictments Given by Jurors




Six individuals from Bridgeport were among the 68 who were indicted by the May 2025 term of the Harrison County Grand Jury.


 


Harrison County Prosecuting Attorney Rachel Romano released the indictments.


 


The individuals include Jason Dixon, Daniella Galotti, Michael Putnam, Tanner Gowers, Jeremy Watkins, and Kiley Wagner.


 


Dixon, 50, was indicted on one count of third or subsequent offense driving while under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or drugs. Daniella Galotti, 47, was indicted on one count of third or subsequent offense driving while under the influence of alcohol.


 


Putnam, 44, was indicted on one count of taking the identity of another person. Gowers, 29, was indicted on one count of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian, or person of trust; one count of first degree sexual abuse, and one count of display of obscene matter to a minor.


 


Watkins, 38, was indicted on eight counts of forgery of a credit card. Wagner, 46, was indicted on one county of driving while under the influence of alcohol causing serious bodily injury.


 


The indictments returned also included an attempted first degree murder charge, among others, against Andrew Debolt of Shinnston. Debolt, 41, also was indicted on one count of burglary and two counts of malicious assault. The incident took place in November of 2024.


 


Harrison County Circuit Judge Joseph Shaffer oversaw the grand jury.

An indictment is merely an allegation, and each defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
