Shawn Fleming Sworn In and Joins Harrison County Sheriff’s Department as New Process Server

The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office recently added to its staff as Sheriff Robert Matheny II recently swore in his department’s newest process server.

Last month, Matheny swore in Shawn Fleming. Fleming has already begun in his capacity as process server.
