Ramps from Loop 101 to northbound I-17 blocked by rollover crash

PHOENIX — There is a heavy traffic backup from the Loop 101 ramps to northbound I-17 after a rollover crash.

Video from ADOT shows a rolled truck pulling a trailer that is blocking all lanes of the ramps. There is no estimated time frame as to when the ramps will reopen.
