Putin, Zelensky could meet  – but not without certain 'agreements', Kremlin says

A meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Russia’s Vladimir Putin was “possible” provided the two sides first reached certain “agreements”, including on the exchange of prisoners-of-war and the terms of a ceasefire, a Kremlin spokesperson said Saturday.
