Kid Rock, who has proven to be a dedicated Trump supporter, was spotted next to the action.
Trump was later shown on the ABC game broadcast standing in a luxury box at the stadium as a guest team boosters, the announcers said.
The presidential hopeful had jetted to the college game after delivering a fiery campaign speech in Wisconsin in which he ripped Vice President Kamala Harris as “mentally impaired” for her handling of the migrant crisis.
“Left Wisconsin, where illegal migrants are causing havoc. I’ll take care of that situation, and fast! Just arrived in Alabama for big game with Georgia. Will be GREAT!!!” Trump wrote on Truth Social shortly before kickoff.
“Kamala’s Illegal Migrants. It’s the biggest crime story of our time. She should resign or be IMPEACHED!”
Trump’s attendance at the game was publicized ahead of time and the Harris campaign capitalized on the moment by airing an ad for viewers at home that needled the ex-president on the prospect of a second presidential debate.
“Winners never back down from a challenge. Champions know it’s anytime, anyplace.”
Harris’ campaign had also hired a plane to trail the words “Trump’s Punting on 2nd Debate” over the stadium, but the plane was not cleared to fly because of the weather, the Washington Post reported.
