Police issue update on Ian Huntley after prison attack | UK | News
Police have shared an update on the condition of Soham killer Ian Huntley after he was brutally attacked at a prison workshop. Durham Constabulary issued the update on Sunday afternoon after the child murderer was beaten with a metal pole in a prison workshop at HMP Frankland, in County Durham.
Huntley, 52, was rushed to hospital following the attack. Durham Constabulary said on Sunday afternoon there had been no change in the child killer’s condition in hospital overnight. The murderer remains seriously ill and sources claimed Huntley was given a 5 per cent chance of survival following the attack, the Mirror reports.
