Police investigating shooting near Orange Avenue in Fort Pierce

FORT PIERCE, Fla. — Fort Pierce police are investigating a shooting near South 25th Street and Orange Avenue.

Police say one person was transported to a local hospital.

They say this was an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public.
