Little Rock police investigating deadly shooting

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Little Rock police are currently investigating a deadly shooting that happened along Scott Hamilton Drive on Tuesday. 

According to police, the incident happened around 9:19 a.m. as officers heard gunshots in the area that they were patrolling near Scott Hamilton Drive.

Upon their arrival at the scene, police said that they found a man dead due to an “apparent gunshot wound.” 

Officers then secured the area and notified detectives who began their investigation. 

There’s currently no information on the victim or potential suspects.
