I-79 Lane Closures to Run through Friday along I-79 in Harrison County for Several Miles for Road Repairs

FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS

There will be a lane closure on Interstate 79, north and south, from the 117 mileposts to the 125 mileposts, from 7:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, through Friday January 23, 2026, for roadway repair.

There will be a single lane open during this time. Expect delays. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.
