Former Razorback Cam Little kicks second longest field goal in NFL history
Cam Little broke the record earlier this season when he kicked a 68-yard field goal against the Raiders in November.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Former Razorback football player Cam Little made history again after kicking the second longest field goal in NFL history during a game against the Tennessee Titans on Sunday, Jan. 4.
Little, kicking for the Jacksonville Jaguars, broke the record earlier this season when he kicked a 68-yard field goal against the Raiders in November.
This time around, Little kicked a 67-yard field goal for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Jacksonville eventually beat the Tennessee Titans 41-7 on Sunday, securing its first AFC South title in three years.
Little’s November and January kicks broke the the league’s record previously held by Justin Tucker, who landed a 66-yard field goal for the Baltimore Ravens in 2021.
While Little continues to make history, his kicks recorded this season don’t beat the 70-yard field goal he made in August during the NFL preseason. It would have broken the record had it happened during the regular season.
Little was drafted by the Jaguars as a sixth-round pick in 2024. The Razorbacks said Little finished his career with the Hogs as “the most accurate kicker in program history.”
The Jaguars will face the Buffalo Bills next Sunday in a wild-card game.
