Conway police investigating Sunday shooting

CONWAY, Ark. — The Conway Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place Sunday night. 

According to officials, other law enforcement agencies are investigating as well. 

The shooting occurred near 5th Avenue Park in Conway.

Officials said there are 11 victims. Two of the victims died and nine are at area hospitals in stable condition.

Police are asking the public to avoid the area while the investigation is ongoing.
