Bus full of kids involved in Phoenix crash



Phoenix police said one woman was taken to the hospital.

PHOENIX — A school bus full of children was involved in a traffic collision that resulted in a woman being taken to the hospital.

The Phoenix Police Department said the crash was reported at about 9 a.m. near 16th Street and Glendale Avenue. The incident involved the bus and a passenger vehicle. 

Police said the driver of the passenger car was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. 

The Phoenix Fire Department said 68 children were aboard the bus and “six had complaints.” Sky12 footage shows Phoenix firefighters evaluating kids outside of the nearby McDonald’s restaurant. Phoenix fire did not report transporting any kids to the hospital.
