Addiction Recovery Center, First of Kind in Harrison County, Now Open in Quiet Dell Just Off Interstate 79

According to Executive Director Lou Ortenzio, the first inpatient detox an addiction recovery program in Harrison County is officially open. Ortenzio posted on social media that Arch Recovery Center, located in Quiet Dell just off Interstate 79 at the Stonewood exit, officially opened and began accepting clients yesterday, Monday, March 3.

The center offers short-term detox and longer-term 28-day recovery programs for those struggling with addiction. Housed in an old telemarketing center that was abandoned during COVID, the center has been a project two years in the making.

There will be 21 beds for the detox program and 52 beds for residents working through the 28-day program. In the detox center, residents will be assisted by medical staff to safely detox from a wide variety of drugs. After completing their detox, clients will have the option of continuing their recovery in the 28-day program.

Ortenzio says this is the first facility of its kind in Harrison County and that he’s excited to be able to offer these services to people in need.
