Adams’ top campaign fundraiser Brianna Suggs, close aide Winnie Greco expected to be named in bombshell indictment

Two more in Mayor Eric Adams’ inner circle are expected to be named among others in a historic indictment set to be unsealed Thursday morning, The Post has learned.

Brianna Suggs, the key fundraiser during Adams 2021 mayoral campaign and Winnie Greco, his current Director of Asian Affairs, are expected to be named in the indictment.

At least three others are also expected to be charged, however, The Post could not immediately confirm their identities.

The raid of Suggs’ house back in November 2023 — the first public revelation of federal probe into Adams campaign.

Just four months later, the FBI raid the homes of Greco, a top aide to the mayor.

Neither Greco nor Suggs could be reached for comment.
