Zelensky says he hopes war with Russia will end 'no later than next year'

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been meeting with leaders across Europe to drum up fresh military and financial aid for Ukraine ahead of winter and discuss a “victory plan” that, he says, could end fighting in Ukraine in 2025.
