HRW slams 'war crime' as Israel accused of mistreating Palestinian prisoners

Amnesty International says there have been horrifying cases of torture and degrading treatment of Palestinian detainees, with a failure to investigate incidents in custody. Meanwhile, Human Rights Watch says Israeli forces have published degrading photographs and videos of detained Palestinians, including children.
