Uday Rao Appointed Regional Vice President and GM of Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi in Japan

Uday Rao has been appointed Regional Vice President and General Manager
of the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi in Japan.
From
his base at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi, Uday will oversee
operations across Japan, including the iconic properties in Marunouchi and Kyoto, as well as the new Four Seasons in Osaka.

Uday’s journey with Four Seasons began more than three
decades ago and has taken him across the globe,
from the vibrant streets of Mumbai and the serene beaches of Bali,
to the bustling metropolises of Chicago, Singapore and Sydney.
Each destination has added an unique chapter to his
life,
immersing him in diverse cultures and refining his leadership
style.
Prior to his return to Japan, Uday worked as General Manager
of the Four
Seasons Hotel Sydney.
“I have been influenced, taught, and grown as a
person by living and working in various countries, or what I call
the University of Life,” Uday said. “If it wasn’t for the love and
passion for this business, the joy it brings to my soul when I
travel, see and experience the world, work and meet extraordinary
individuals, I wouldn’t be doing what I do. I do it because I love
it.”
