Cross Adds Two Hotels in Bangkok, Thailand to Portfolio

Cross has signed a management agreement with Yutthaporn
Development for two hotels – a Cross Vibe and a Lumen – in the Srinakarin
district of Bangkok, Thailand.
Located in the south east of Bangkok, Srinakarin is
approximately
a 35-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and is connected by the new Yellow
MRT monorail.

The Cross Vibe Bangkok Srinakarin has 221 rooms, a
number of flexible meeting and event spaces, an outdoor pool, health club, spa, and
a restaurant.
The Lumen
Bangkok Srinakarin is located adjacent to the Suan Luang Rama 9
MRT monorail station and has 64 suites ranging in size from 78
to 112 square meters, featuring balconies, fully equipped
kitchens, and other homely amenities that cater for both short and
extended-stay guests.
Facilities include a fitness center, sauna, steam
room, jacuzzi, swimming pool, and spa.
