Little Rock police investigating an overnight homicide

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Update: 58-year-old Randy Lee Cunning was arrested in connection with this incident. 

An investigation is underway after Little Rock police responded to a shooting at 4415 West 24th Street around 3 a.m. on May 19.

When officers arrived, they found an adult female suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim died at the scene.

Homicide detectives were notified and began an investigation.
