Bridgeport Man Among 12 Individuals Indicted by April 2025 Term of the Taylor County Grand Jury

A Bridgeport man was among the 12 individuals indicted by the April, 2025 term of the Taylor County Grand Jury in cases presented by Prosecuting Attorney John L. Bord and Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Christopher Miller.
David Alan Gill, 66, Bridgeport was charged with one Count of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. It was Gill’s second offense.
Eleven other individuals were indicted Grand Jury of Taylor County, for the charges as follow:
1. Steven Randell Barker, age 30, of 211 E. Knotts Ave., Grafton WV 26354, was charged with 1 Count Malicious Assault and 1 Count Domestic Assault, 3rd Offense.
2. Justin Marshall Starkey, age 42, of 1376 Bear Mountain Rd., Flemington WV 26347, was charged with 1 Count Driving while License Revoked for Driving while under the Influence of Alcohol, 3rd or Subsequent Offense.
3. Raymond Scott Bearer, age 38, 2165 Blueville Dr., Grafton WV 26354 was charged with 1 Count Domestic Assault, 3rd or Subsequent Offense
4. Thurl Andrew Wilfong, age 64, of 524 Love Rd., Grafton, WV 26354 was charged with 3 Counts Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
5. Anthony Shane Proctor, age 38, of 154 Nuzum Rd., Grafton, WV 26354 was charged with 1 Count Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
6. Richard Bernard McNemar, age 54, of 181 Meadland Rd., Flemington WV 26347, was charged with 15 Counts Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
7. James Luther Frymyer, age 56, of 68 Greenbrier Ave., Grafton WV 26354 was charged with 1 Count Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
8. Lewis K. Peters, age 72, of 823 West Main St., Grafton, WV 26354 was charged with 1 Count Failure to register as a Sex Offender.
9. Jeramie Thomas Fleming, age 30, of 65 Five Forks Rd., Fairmont WV 26554, was charged with 1 Count Grand Larceny.
10. William Davis, age 19, of 11322 Elk River Rd., North Clendenin WV 25045, was charged with 2 Counts Sexual Assault, 2nd Degree.
11. Andre Christopher Cosby, age 36, of 217 Grand St. Grafton WV 26354, was charged with 1 Count Strangulation and 1 Count Malicious Assault.
An indictment is merely an allegation, and each defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
