Suspect in French mosque murder arrested in Italy, denies anti-Islam motive
The man suspected of killing a Muslim worshipper in a mosque in France on Friday and filming his victim writhing in agony has surrendered to police in Italy. The 21-year-old’s lawyer said that the murder did not have an anti-Islam motive and that the suspect had “killed the first person he saw”.
