Captain of cargo ship that crashed into US tanker is Russian national, owner says

The captain of a cargo ship that crashed into a tanker carrying jet fuel for the US military is a Russian national, the vessel’s owner said Wednesday. The 59-year-old man was arrested by British police on suspicion of manslaughter and remains in custody.
