Area Restaurant Fire Draws Several First Responders

Randolph County 911 officials confirmed that crews were on scene and working to put out the fire as of 7:30 a.m. last week. Officials say they received the first call about this incident at 4:16 a.m. and responded shortly thereafter.
At the time of WDTV’s initial report, no transports or injuries have been reported.
Several departments responded, including the Tygart Valley Fire Department, Huttonsville and Mill Creek Fire Department, Elkins Fire Department and Beverly Fire Department.
West Virginia 511 also reported that all lanes were closed on U.S. Route 219 in the Valley Bend area into the morning hours Friday.
