Latest Snowstorm Hitting West Virginia Impacting Area with Several Inches of Precipitation Well into Thursday



According to the National Weather Service’s Charleston location, snow will continue off and on through Thursday. The heaviest accumulations are expected across the southern Coalfields and into the West Virginia mountains with less snow amounts expected the farther north you go.


 


Cold temperatures will combine with gusty winds Thursday to bring low wind chills. Travel complications will persist through Thursday night.


 


Harrison County is under a winter weather advisory until 10 p.m. Thursday.
