Expo of innovative products held at St. Teresa’s College

Various innovative and creative products were showcased at the ‘Teresian Global Expo’ organised by the autonomous St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam, on Tuesday (February 4) as part of its centenary celebrations.

R. Bindu, Minister for Higher Education, inaugurated the event, which was presided over by T. J Vinod, MLA. Ms. Bindu said Kerala had emerged as a new knowledge hub. The government has been fostering innovation on campuses through its various initiatives, the Minister said.

Mayor M. Anilkumar delivered the keynote address. Sr. Tessa, Director of the college, Sr. Vineetha, former Director, Manu Jacob, Kochi Corporation councillor, and Sajimol Augustine, former Principal, spoke, according to a release.

The expo offered students an opportunity to engage with industry leaders and higher education experts. It will conclude on February 5.
